We are so sorry your size didn't work out! Please fill out the below information so we can start a return request for you. We do not process exchanges at this time. If you would like a new size or color simply place a new order!

Note, you are responsible for return postage, taxes, and fees. Please email your tracking information for you return to help@activebooty.com to expedite processing of the items. Current processing time is five to ten business days once received at our warehouse.

Orders must come back in their original packaging with no stains. Only one return can be processed per order with no limit on the number of items.
